• Handle the overall shipping and import shipment. • Control Import-Export custom clearance and delivery of all Inbound-outbound Raw Material shipments to support company requirements and transfer among site, local vendors, and overseas vendors. • Set up BOI application for investment. • Support business under BOI’s regulations and Laws and ensure the Company gets great benefits under BOI. • Setup Budget cost for fiscal years • Set up new Raw materials overseas in Malaysia and the Czech Republic for import supplier to the production line. • Set up Sourcing and SOP Forwarder for clearance and operations. • Overseas BOI-related issues including importing raw materials and machines under BOI privileges, administrating EMT and RMTs systems, Product formulas, and waste management. • Arrange customs clearance with shipping agents and logistics providers. • Monitor all papers work regarding the BOI master machinery lists, material list according to BOI’s, government department regulations and requirements. • Process document with concerned people internally and externally • To conduct process to ensure that import information such as Invoice and packing list match with import entry declaration. • Coordinate with related departments to support new plant set up to catch up and follow with defined time lineSet up Payment Import Duty Tax, Clearance & Freight and other. • Set up and Handle EMT Online Machine • Hazardous Substance Permit • Set up and Handle import Permit license (DIW,NBTC,TISI,etc.) • Clarified Hazardous type by MSDS. • Submit the application to the Hazardous Substance Department (Based onHazardous type) • Get approval from the Hazardous Substance Department • Hazardous Material permit application and approval • Release import process by RMTS system • Import permit license such as BOI, Hazardous substance license. • Requested for BOI approval in the EMT system including handling BOI whole process. • Monitor and follow up on Import entry status that must complete 0409 status. • Coordinate with related departments for Asset & Non-asset scrap. • Create Monthly reports to submit customs.
