For more than 20 years of work in information technology sector, system integrator companies and
high-tech marketplaces, i have accumulated experience in various as a technical and commercial areas
of work, now i would like to focus on the areas of technical or product support, mainly in hosting or
software companies, where in online chats, service desk systems, i can provide services to solve
