• Led and managed the school’s Music Department; managed finances and promoted inter-departmental projects and activities. • Prepared students to sit for their music British IGCSEs and U.S. high school diploma program; developed music curricula, reviewed and updated educational plans. • Organized the Guanghua Choir during the 2015-2016 academic year, which, at over 100 students, was the largest school choir in Shanghai. • Coordinated the school’s participation in the Shanghai Shakespeare Festival (December 2015), responsible for the musical side and participated in stage management. • Transformed the school’s Music Studio into a functional professional facility; introduced the use of musical software (including Kontakt, Sibelius, andCubase/ProTools), midi and sample libraries and purchased recording equipment; used software as Cubase and Pro Tools to analyze, edit, mix and master musical materials.

• Rehearsed and conducted the No. 2 High School Symphony Orchestra. Our performance of Beethoven’s Coriolanus Overture won a regional music competition. • Rehearsals of First Movement of Brahms’s Fourth Symphony. • Other pieces we worked on included waltzes by J.
