Lead HRIT (SAP SuccessFactors, Leena AI, SAP Concur) Campus Hiring & Employer Branding Talent Development

(1 year 1 month) I am currently handling the responsibilities of Suggestion Scheme, Employee Engagement & Wellness, L&D Initiatives, Contract Workmen Management and Digital Transformation initiatives in HR & IR at DCM Shriram Limited, Kota Complex.

As a management Trainee, I had my plant stint at the Kota unit which is an integrated complex with manufacturing facilities for Cement, Urea, Calcium Carbide, PVC resins & compounds and Caustic Soda. In my first year, I worked on various projects such as Reduction of Contractual Manpower, Grievance Redressal Mechanism, Engagement of Apprentices and Streamlining Internal Communication Channels across the group. I also got an opportunity to witness and take part in the Long Term Agreement with Union. I took the lead in several new initiatives at Kota unit like Launch of Leena AI Chatbot, Employee Wellness Awareness program and Finalisation of a new software for management of Contract Workmen. I was a part of the Safety CFT formed for the complex during the COVID crisis. Besides this I was a part of the team that presented a White Paper at CII National HR conclave and won the National level 3rd Prize for the same.
