The responsibility of creating and maintaining day-to-day web operations to manage the Content Management System (CMS) with the following tasks: • Monitoring and cross-checking the tiket.com event page on a daily basis. • Setting up the content for the events. • Collaborating with the Product Tech team, Development team, Commercial Content team, and Brand Marketing team to ensure smooth event execution. • Preparing the ticketing buyer system. • Creating seat maps from Excel to upload on the tiket.com system for events that require seat numbers on the E-Voucher, both automatically or manually seating. • Generating promo codes upon request. • Preparing and managing the release of new event across the tiket.com channel (Apps and website). • Coordinating with QA regarding Software Development. • Ensuring the correct tagging for each category, navigation, and filter. 职位:Event
