Being a versatile educator, I have had the opportunity to instruct a wide range of students from various backgrounds and different age range. I can’t deny though my interest in early years education as I strongly believe that it’s the foundation stage in every child’s academic journey. I've lived in many countries mainly the United States as a permanent resident ,the United Kingdom and the Gulf region. I taught in different programs mainly Cambridge and Montessori from early years to lower secondary. As a result, I remain sensitive to the second language needs of students , differentiate instructions, provide individual and whole group support, integrate multicultural teaching units, and offer positive encouragement and reinforcement to keep learners motivated and focused at all times. One of the most effective ways that I assist my students is by developing and presenting comprehensible and stimulating activities that facilitate all learning styles. I research, locate and incorporate a variety of resources to accommodate students via visual, audio, tactile, and kinesthetic methods. In addition, I integrate literature reading, writing workshops, phonics and speaking activities, acting , Arts and crafts,singing to ensure that each student is able to comprehend and retain the newly acquired concepts.
