As a Sales Development Representative I’m dedicated to helping Talenta by Mekari to identify potential leads and to grow on new customers. I've consistently met and exceeded my quota throughout my journey. Within the last year, I was glad to be awarded as the highest achiever on the total closing deal in the team.
My responsibilities are:
1. Represent Talenta HRIS solution as the company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how the solution meet their needs.
2. Experiment with different outreach intervals and content to identify successful sales strategies.
3. Implement & continuously reassess effectiveness of prospecting process using multiple touch points via email, phone, LinkedIn direct messages and other communication channels.
4. Respond, engage and qualify potential leads and inquiries to identify their needs.
5. Collect market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customer needs and effectively communicate those needs to the sales team.
6. Schedule quality demos for sales team by identifying, researching and contacting potential customers and ensure those demos occur.
7. Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings.
8. Proactively look for opportunities to improve, optimize end-to-end lead management and other sales and marketing processes.
