● Ensure delivery of Facilities Management services to a high standard. ● Responsible for the onsite team and all external contractors on a daily basis; cleaning, maintenance, plant maintenance and pest control ensuring all SLA’s and KPI’s are maintained. ● Reporting and meeting compliance in relation to P&C reporting and compliance inclusive or personnel records. ● Create and review documentation, processes and procedures ensuring continuous improvement and best practice. ● Act as a point of contact for departments and contractors ensuring lines of communication are maintained and regularly monitored. ● Ensuring attending contractors have the authority to work and have provided the correct health and safety documentation to commence work. ● Support senior management and wider teams with administration and business support functions. ●General health and safety duties including risk assessments, contractor monitoring and other statutory site requirements.
