Role & Responsibilities: Recruitment & Employee Relations
Involved sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating feedbacks, co-ordination
with hiring managers, salary negotiations and process offers, post joining
formalities, compensation management, Employee Engagement & Retention.

required.
•Act as single point of contact for designated candidate for all recruitment
related questions and concerns.
•Conducting IJP’s for campaign and motivating agents to participates
•Conducting one to-one session with employee to analyse attrition employee
satisfaction.
•Annual Compensation revision- increment and bonus administration across
global locations
•Involved in salary review Process and payroll inputs and employee separation
processes.
•Documenting, implementing and ensuring process adherence for exit
interview.
•Disciplinary case due to performance, job abandonment process are followed
up with mangers
