Pros

The benefits are easy to see. Versatility is the primary benefit. If you're employed full-time by one employer, you usually work from 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, and have very few paid days off. If you want to make six figures working for major corporations, you should establish a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise rather than a partnership. If you want to engage in commercial activities such as trading, manufacturing, or consulting, you'll need to set up a WFOE, which is a limited business in which you have 100% ownership.
