Assistant Brand ManagerGENERAL JOB SUMMARYAs the Assistant Brand Manager you are an essential and integral part of our team, working closely with the sales and marketing teams across the globe to coordinate the launch and promotion of our new products. You will be coordinating the development of the FOREO brand in close cooperation with the communications and product development teams located in Shanghai. This is a key position within the organization with challenging but promising development opportunities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop the overall brand message, hierarchy and visuals in cooperation with the Creative Director, Brand Manager and Marketing & Communications Manager.Understand trends at local and regional markets in Europe, North America and Australia informing the sales & marketing teams accordingly.Lead the daily development of brand visuals and POS material in close cooperation with the marketing & communications team and the product development team.Assist in creating the overall strategic planning process for FOREO brand based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.Assist in the development of communication materials such as catalogues, website, brochures, packaging, print/online advertising and in-store displays. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge, skills & abilities:Extremely organized and attention to detail. The ability to multi-task and coordinate diverse projects is a must have skill to make this position a successDetailed understanding of cross-channel branding essentials, both online and offlineBoth creative thinking on visual and copy-writing level are essentialTeam-player who is able to work with a diverse range of nationalities scattered across multiple time-zonesPractical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyCan-do attitude and ability to work with tight deadlinesNative English written and verbal communication skillsMinimum educational level:Bachelor or Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, business or economics.Preferred experience:3 years of branding, marketing and/or communications experience in the luxury industry – can be agency or in-house.Strong track record of leading and managing an international team of branding and marketing expertsKnowledge of the European and North American cosmetics and/or beauty industry a plusLanguages Required:Native-level English speakerKnowledge of second language a plusMandarin-Chinese skills not required
