Formal Training/Education/ Experience • Fluent Mandarin & English speaker • Experience working in China or with Chinese clients • At least 5 years relevant work experience, ideally in Sub Saharan Africa 4. Knowledge & Skills • International exposure especially in DRC • Experience with lifting machines • Experience in Mining Industry • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivation, leadership and innovation.
