We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing all aspects of guest relations and service delivery. This role requires a customer-centric approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Supervise the Guest Relations team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery. Develop and implement guest relations strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and exceed customer expectations. Coordinate with other departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless guest service delivery. Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, resolving issues in a timely manner and implementing corrective measures as needed. Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations and enhance guest satisfaction. Conduct regular training sessions for staff to uphold service standards and promote a culture of hospitality excellence. Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and performance indicators, implementing initiatives to continuously improve service quality and guest loyalty. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop promotional strategies and initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing clientele. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively. Excellent leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and empowering teams to achieve goals. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
