Job responsibilities
Communicate with customers about orders and enter them into the system. Make sales reports and performance analyses and assist in managing sales data. Communicate with customers about the logistics status of each order and coordinate the logistics progress. Organize and manage customer information and maintain the accuracy and completeness of CRM system data. Assist the sales team prepare sales materials, product demonstration materials, etc. Assist in market information research. Assisted in exhibition preparation, arranged market activities, and enhanced brand influence. Assist in managing project progress with customer service as the orientation.
Job requirements
Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, international trade, business management and other related majors are preferred; Work experience: Sales management experience is preferred Language ability: Good English and Chinese communication skills Skills: Proficient in using office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc., with solid data analysis and information organization capabilities; Other requirements: Able to adapt to business trips and efficient working environment.
