Job responsibilities
1. Complete the preparation work for new construction, renovation, or reconstruction projects assigned by the center on time, ensuring that the quality of store preparation meets national standards and the group's quality assessment criteria. 2. Project Management: Independently conduct project surveys, site handovers, on-site measurements, drawing explanations, concealed acceptance, completion acceptance, change management, quantity verification, and compliance with overseas government laws and regulations. 3. Internal Coordination: Coordinate and manage upstream and downstream business departments and terminal business departments within the group. Summarize project requirements, make effective plans, and allocate resources reasonably to continuously improve internal efficiency. 4. External Coordination: Oversee and coordinate with external representatives related to the project, including but not limited to: owner representatives (domestic and international), property management companies, third-party suppliers (domestic and international), and all relevant government administrative agencies and departments. 5. Supplier Management: Implement training, communication, and management for all internal and external suppliers. Make effective adjustments and controls for all internal and external suppliers during the preparation, implementation, and maintenance phases of the project. Improve the business level of all suppliers through third-party evaluations and process management.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of project management experience in an engineering company. 2. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools; familiar with the conditions, processes, and procedures for project initiation and acceptance. 3. Experience in establishing and improving construction methods and management systems. Strong safety awareness, understanding of various potential hazards associated with equipment and processes, and the ability to implement preventive measures. Capability to independently organize and manage large-scale construction projects. 4. Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills; able to effectively communicate with construction parties, bidding parties, and equipment system providers. 5. Strong analytical, logical thinking, and management coordination abilities; highly dedicated and responsible; able to calmly and correctly handle on-site emergencies.
