We're hiring full-time cross-border e-commerce merchant analyst for a robust market. Successful candidates will be provided with full training of skillsets also occasional lectures in up to date policies in cross-border finance and e-commerce sectors. We provide a hybrid work atmosphere combining remote+on-site work experience, value client's success and co-worker's growth. Successful candidates should be responsible for: - preview, conduct and assist merchant(s) in applying cross-border accounts - provide compliance guidance and/or assistance to merchant(s) - support in tech-integration, customer service and daily operations in Mandarin (a must) - data analysis on operation data and report to supervisor in urgent cases - conclude monthly operation report of merchant(s) activities

- 3+ years in e-commerce / cross-border finance / corporate governance service sectors - English + Mandarin as working language is a must - integrity, prudent and fast learning characteristics - proven records in data analysis / monthly report curation / business level client service support - networks in banking/payment facilitator will be a plus
