We are dedicated to providing a seamless and efficient shopping experience for our customers through our advanced platform and excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain relationships with prospective and current sellers on our platform, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. • Assist customers with issues related to store setup, currency settlement, and other common problems. • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, and live chat. • Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and any issues that may arise during the shopping experience. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and improve service quality. • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Provide feedback to the management team on customer service improvements and product enhancements.
Job requirements
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience in telemarketing and understanding of sales processes. • Proficiency in using social media platforms for customer engagement and marketing.
