Job Responsibilities
Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and interaction;
Deeply understand customer needs and feedback, actively deal with customer inquiries, complaints and suggestions, to ensure that customer problems are solved in a timely and professional manner;
Regularly communicate with customers by phone or face-to-face, collect customer information and market dynamics, and provide valuable suggestions for the company's product and service improvement;
Coordinate internal resources to ensure the smooth progress of customer orders, contracts and other business processes, timely follow-up and feedback on the progress of orders;
Responsible for the maintenance and updating of the customer relationship management system to ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information;
Participate in the planning and execution of customer activities, such as customer meetings, product presentations, etc., to enhance the company's brand image and market influence;
Maintain close cooperation with other departments to ensure cross-departmental collaborative solutions to customer needs;
Pay attention to industry dynamics and competitors' situation to provide information support for the company's market strategy adjustment;
Job Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management or other related majors;
At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management or related work, familiar with customer relationship management process;
Good communication skills and service consciousness, able to patiently listen to customer needs and actively solve problems;
Teamwork spirit and stress resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;
Proficient in the use of office software and customer relationship management systems;
Have a good understanding of the market and industry, with keen market insight and analytical ability.
