Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities Overall responsible for the company's customer service, develop and implement customer service strategies and processes to ensure the quality and efficiency of customer service; Leading and managing the customer service team, including recruiting, training, evaluating and motivating team members to ensure efficient team operation and staff stability; Gaining in-depth understanding of customer needs and feedback, analyzing and resolving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty; Working closely with other departments and coordinating resources to ensure collaborative cross-departmental resolution of customer issues; Regularly summarize and evaluate customer service work, put forward improvement opinions and solutions, and promote the continuous improvement of customer service quality; Paying attention to market dynamics and competitors' customer service strategies, providing data support and suggestions for the company to formulate effective market strategies; Develop and implement customer relationship management programs, establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with important customers;
Job requirements
- Experience in hotel management/customer service (preferably five-star) - Bachelors degree in hospitality, real estate, business management or other related area - Good communication and presentation skills - Chinese language skills desired - Immediate availability preferred
