Job responsibilities
Temporary position Contract period (Customer Service Representative ONLY!)5 working days, from 9am to 7 pm. Job requirements
- Native in English , Mandarin - (intermediate language proficiency in Mandarin will be considered as English CSR) - Good communication skills- Good computer and MS office knowledge, typing skills- 1-3 years’ customer services experience preferable - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks: analysis, judgments and planning- Customer focus and service oriented
