Finance Controller-Adv Consulting_CN&HK In order to deliver a first-class service to our clients, we need first-class support internally. Our Internal Firm Services (IFS) is a network of specialist support professionals who play a vital role in ensuring we have all the right resources, services and technology. Not all of us work directly with external clients. Some of our best people choose to apply their talents as part of IFS and as such are a part of an organization on a par with many of our external clients. The Finance Manager is a crucial strategic and operational role for the Consulting business. Serving as a key business advisor, this individual will report in to the Finance Operations Director and will closely interact with the China Consulting Leadership Team, partners and engagement teams. Key responsibilities include: Preparation of various periodic financial models and management reports. Performing P&L analytical reviews to provide assurance of the financial based on the business understanding. Support of the annual budget process including vBudget input, monthly BU budget details, BU restructure in vBudget/iPower, etc. Management of internal investments, remittance and collections, tracking and reporting. Assisting leadership with strategic and tactical matters. Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions. Continuously strive to automate processes in order to provide more accurate data in the timeliest manner. Liaising with the China Firm and U.S./Trifecta finance teams.

Basic Qualifications/Preferred Skills & Knowledge: Minimum Years of Experience: 8 Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree Degree(s) Preferred: Graduate degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Certification(s) Preferred: CPA Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrated knowledge of unfavorable spending trends, monthly accruals and internal code maintenance. Skills Preferred: Candidates must work well in a dynamic environment, work independently, meet deadlines and have excellent organizational skills. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in use of Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Proven ability to act as liaison with central finance on issues relating to the monthly close. Proven ability to coach, train and lead members of the Finance organization in a wide variety of areas including but not limited to teaming, interpersonal skills, relationship building and leadership skills.
