According to the school's teaching plan and curriculum requirements, develop and implement an English teaching plan to ensure teaching quality and effectiveness.
Adopting diverse teaching methods and methods to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve their English application ability.
Organize extracurricular English activities, such as English corners and speech competitions, to create a strong atmosphere for English learning.
Establish good teacher-student relationships with students, pay attention to their learning progress and difficulties, and provide necessary assistance and guidance.
Participate in school teaching research and curriculum reform, and promote the continuous improvement of English teaching level.
Comply with school rules and regulations, fulfill teacher professional ethics, and establish a good image as a teacher.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from English education or related majors, with international English teacher qualifications such as TEFL or TESOL preferred.
Proficient in both spoken and written English, capable of delivering courses in full English.
Having rich experience in English teaching, familiar with English teaching methods and skills, and able to teach according to individual needs.
Passionate about the education industry, with a sense of responsibility and professionalism, possessing a good team spirit.
Understand Chinese culture and education system, and be able to adapt to the working environment and lifestyle in China.
