Job responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, collect and analyze industry trends, competitor information, customer needs, etc. to provide data support for the company's market decisions.
- Market planning and promotion: assist the senior marketing manager to develop market planning programs, including market promotion, brand publicity, event organization, etc., to improve the visibility and influence of the company and products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships, maintaining good communication and cooperation with customers, understanding customer needs and feedback, and providing suggestions for the company to improve products and services.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team to carry out their work, provide market information and sales support, and assist the sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Market budget and management: responsible for the development and management of market budget, rational allocation of market resources to ensure the smooth progress of market activities and rational use of budget.
In general, the senior marketing assistant needs to have market planning, research and analysis, customer relationship management, sales support and other aspects of the ability, as well as a high degree of responsibility and dedication, for the company's marketing and business development to provide a full range of support and services. At the same time, the Senior Marketing Assistant also needs to have excellent communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to work closely with other departments to jointly promote the company's business development.

- Bachelor degree or above, good English, typing speed of 50 words/minute or above;
