Job responsibilities
1. Organize and manage reception counters with wit and diplomacy.
2. Ensure that all operations at the front desk proceed smoothly.
3. Always maintain the best relationship between employees and guests.
4. Coordinate with other front desk departments and hotel departments.
5. Contact the reservation department regarding reservations and check-in issues.
6. Solicit opinions from relevant departments on complaint matters, notify them, and take necessary actions.
7. Always follow up with relevant departments and confirm that all customer requests and requests are completed in the shortest possible time.
8. Ensure discipline at the front desk.
9. Ensure that beauty standards are maintained at all times.
10. Always maintain a professional image at the counter.
11. Provide timely and polite service at any time.
12. Immediately pay full attention to customer complaints and requests.
Job Requirements
1. Gender: Female/Male
2. Age: 22-30 years old
3. Height: Female 1.68 meters and above; Men 1.78m and above
4. Bachelor's degree.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Good appearance and temperament, strong service awareness, stable work
7. At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
