Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities 1)Support BU Head for translation services in English interpretation and Indonesian interpretation, including business meetings, telephone meeting and business events, etc., to ensure accurate delivery of information; 2)Support Company headquarters to do all the work in Indonesia and other outreach work, etc.; 3)Support overseas office site selection, relocation, leasing and space operation, and provide space leasing solutions; 4)Dealing with staff's business trip arrangement, including air ticket, hotel booking and visa application; 5)Regular inspection and maintenance of office equipment to ensure its good operation; 6)Support Admin team to develop and implement admin policies and process for overseas offices; 7)Handle other tasks as assigned by BU Head.
Job requirements
Qualifications 1)Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business Administration, or related field; 2)At least 1 years of experience in oversea admin management, preferably in the manufacturing,consumer goods industry,chemical industry.; 3)Indonesian, Chinese can be used as working language; 4)Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
