Job responsibilities
1. Influencer Collaboration Management: Identify, contact, and manage influencers related to the brand in the German market, establishing long-term cooperative relationships. 2. Content Planning and Execution: Collaborate with influencers to plan and execute creative content, ensuring accurate communication of brand messages. 3. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics in France, proposing effective influencer marketing strategies. 4. Event Planning: Organize and coordinate online and offline events to enhance brand exposure and user engagement. 5. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of influencer collaborations, providing data support and optimization suggestions. 6. Budget Management: Manage the influencer collaboration budget to ensure effective resource utilization.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, advertising, media, or related fields. 2. At least 1 year of experience in influencer operations or social media marketing, with experience in the French market preferred. 3. Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. French C1/C2 level, with an overall IELTS score of 6.5 or above. 5. Deep understanding of the French market, familiar with local social media platforms and user behavior. 6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to collaborate effectively with influencers and internal teams. 7. Creative planning ability, capable of proposing innovative marketing solutions.
