About the Role: Diversitech Global is seeking a results-driven International B2B Account Executive to manage the end-to-end sales process for our growing portfolio of global clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, strong relationship-building skills, and an understanding of international trade. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team driving global sales growth in the hand and power tools industry. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients across different stages of the buyer’s journey. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research, outreach, and networking. Client Relationship Management: Build trust and credibility with new and existing clients through tailored communication and exceptional service. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to expand client accounts through additional products and services. Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to position Diversitech as a market leader. CRM Utilization: Use CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on sales activities and pipeline performance. Ideal Candidate Profile: Sales Expertise: Proven experience managing B2B sales processes, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the hand and power tools industry or similar sectors is highly desirable. International Experience: Comfortable working with international clients and adept at managing cross-cultural communication. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling sales pitches. Strategic Thinker: Capable of identifying customer pain points and aligning Diversitech’s offerings to address those needs effectively.
Job requirements
Qualifications: 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in international markets. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or OKKI CRM). Understanding of trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP) and international shipping processes. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Outsanding English Language Skills Secondary Languages preferred: Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian Why Join Us?
