1. Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and gather relevant information on competitors and clients. 2. Maintain relationships with the company's key accounts, and perform sales forecasting for key accounts to achieve secondary development. 3. Prepare quotes for new projects and achieve the annual performance and profit targets. 4. Serve as the liaison between the company and clients, understanding client expectations and requirements; establish and maintain strong client relationships while providing high-quality customer service. 5. Collaborate across departments to promote project development and ensure the smooth execution of all projects. 6. Maintain key client relationships, conduct regular visits, and coordinate business terms, project changes, delivery schedules, and other related matters with clients. 7. Handle client invoicing and final payment collection. 8. Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the logistics and freight forwarding industry. 2. Excellent business negotiation and communication skills; proficiency in English is preferred. 3. Proactive work attitude with a strong sense of customer service. 4. Willingness to accept short-term business trips.
