Job responsibilities
Work content:
1. Be responsible for personnel management and team building of the branch.
2. Be responsible for the planning of the overall strategic objectives and the formulation of business objectives of the branch, and disassemble the assessment indicators to promote business achievement.
3. Be responsible for the market expansion, comprehensive channel service and management of the branch business.
4. Be responsible for the risk control of the branch and ensure the healthy development of the business.
5. Complete other work arranged by superior leaders in time.
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, 1 years or above working experience in the same industry, and English can be used as the working language;
2. Those who have relevant business market expansion channels and resources are preferred;
3. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit and a sense of responsibility;
4. High data sensitivity, clear thinking, strong execution and adaptability, and flexible handling of unexpected problems.
