Job Responsibilities: -Discover local third-party warehousing and distribution service providers in the UAE, contact and evaluate their timeliness and services, and select the best partners. -Responsible for the docking and management of the entire process of goods entry, storage, exit, distribution, returns, inventory, etc., to ensure smooth flow of goods. -Connect the online operations department/offline stores and service providers, and accurately communicate internal orders to each service provider in a timely manner through ERP/WMS/email. - Track and monitor the entire delivery process of delivery orders, efficiently handle various abnormal problems, and control the quality of delivery and after-sales services. - Negotiate independently with service providers, reasonably control warehousing and distribution costs, and supervise and establish claims processes and systems. -Execution of warehousing and distribution expense reconciliation and payment related work. -Complete temporary tasks assigned by superior leaders and require coordination with other departments.

Job requirements: -College degree or above, majors in logistics, international trade, e-commerce, etc. are preferred. -Have a certain understanding of the local market in the UAE and have its own warehousing and distribution service provider resources. -Male and female are not limited, Chinese are preferred, good English proficiency, able to read and write English emails, and communicate proficiently in English. - Familiar with e-commerce warehousing and logistics operation processes, proficient in operating ERP, WMS, OMS and other systems, at least one year of practical experience in cross-border operation of overseas warehouse systems, or experience in third-party overseas warehouses. -Have good service awareness, patience and sense of responsibility, strong communication, coordination and execution skills, and can withstand a certain amount of work pressure
