Job responsibilities
1, Client Relationship Management: As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with important clients. You will need to develop and implement sales strategies to facilitate business growth with key accounts. 3, Business Opportunity Exploration: You need to constantly look for new business opportunities, connect with potential customers and drive the sales process. 4, Competitor Analysis: Understand competitor dynamics and market trends to support the company in developing effective sales strategies. 5, Cross-departmental Collaboration:As a Key Account Manager, you need to work closely with other departments in the company to ensure consistent and efficient service to customers. 6,Reporting and Analysis:You need to report regularly to senior management on sales performance and customer satisfaction, provide market analysis and trend forecasts so that the company can make informed decisions. 7, Team Leadership and Management: If you are responsible for managing a team, you will also be responsible for leading and managing team members to ensure that team goals are met and members grow.
Job requirements
Key Account Manager (Location: Florida or California) Salary Structure: Base Salary + Target Bonus with a total contract amount of $100,000 - $150,000 Requirements Native American, 5-10 years of experience in retail industry, e.g. Walmart, Lows, and other targeted accounts, Any industry related to swimming pool cleaning is preferred and will be considered.
