We are seeking a talented Lighting Designer/Programmer to join our dynamic team in Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and programming lighting setups for a variety of live events, ranging from concerts and corporate functions to theatrical productions and experiential activations. This role requires a combination of artistic vision, technical expertise, and proficiency with industry-standard lighting control systems.

Collaborate with clients, producers, and creative teams to conceptualize lighting designs that align with project objectives and artistic vision. Develop lighting plots, cue lists, and programming schedules to ensure seamless execution of live events. Utilize industry-standard lighting control software and hardware to program and operate lighting fixtures, LED screens, and special effects elements. Conduct on-site testing and troubleshooting to optimize lighting setups and resolve technical issues during rehearsals and performances. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in lighting design and production, incorporating innovative techniques to enhance the overall impact of our events.
