Job Responsibilities: Recruitment duties: Formulate recruitment plan: according to the company's business development needs and talent strategic planning, formulate and optimize the recruitment plan to ensure that the manpower needs of each department are met in a timely manner. Job Posting and Updating: Responsible for posting and updating job information on major job boards, social media platforms and internal channels to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information. Resume Screening and Interview Arrangement: Screening resumes that meet the requirements of the position, conducting preliminary communication with candidates and arranging interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process. Candidate follow-up and feedback: follow up on interview results in a timely manner, maintain communication with candidates, provide feedback and suggestions to relevant departments, and assist in completing recruitment decisions. Employee Relationship Maintenance: assist in onboarding new employees, answer employee questions, and maintain good employee relations. Marketing Duties: Market research and analysis: collect and analyze industry information, competitor dynamics and market demand, provide data support for the company to develop marketing strategies. Marketing activity planning and execution: plan online and offline marketing activities, including but not limited to brand promotion, product launch, promotional activities, etc., and be responsible for the execution and monitoring of the activities. Marketing Content Production: Write marketing copy and produce promotional materials to ensure the content is attractive and persuasive. Channel Development and Maintenance: Responsible for expanding and maintaining cooperative relationships with partners to enhance the company's visibility and influence in the industry. Marketing Effect Evaluation and Optimization: Regularly evaluate the effect of marketing activities, adjust and optimize the marketing strategy according to the data feedback, and improve the marketing efficiency.
Job requirements
Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing, human resource management or related majors. At least 1 year of recruitment or marketing related work experience, familiar with recruitment process and marketing strategy. Good communication and organizational coordination skills, able to work effectively with different departments. Strong execution and stress tolerance, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Proficient in the use of various office software and recruiting and marketing tools, with certain data analysis skills.
