Job responsibilities
[Overseas After-sales Engineer] Job Description 1. Responsible for after-sales service such as installation, maintenance and repair of hemodialysis related equipments and ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Responsible for assisting agents/customers in installation training of hemodialysis related equipments or other necessary technical training. 3. Perform Spanish translation of relevant after-sales materials used by customers according to actual business needs. 4. Cooperate with sales staffs to handle machine customer complaints on site or remotely and do products technical pre-sale supports; 5. Collect feedback information from agents and end users. Communicate with HQ after-sales team to solve corresponding problems. 6. Complete other tasks assigned by the Service Department as needed.
Job requirements
[Overseas After-sales Engineer] Job Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in biomedical engineering, automation, computer, electrical engineering and related; 2. More than three years of after-sales service work experience with medical equipments. Hemodialysis or In-Vitro diagnosis service experience is preferred; 3. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability to meet job needs; 4. Have good publicity and communication skills and should be familiar with Office Softwares; 5. Strong professionalism and striving spirit, able to withstand work pressure, strong execution ability and excellent teamwork awareness;
