Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation and management of the accounts, including account daily maintenance, update product information, translate product information, etc. 2. Responsible for managing order fulfillment, including order confirmation, email reply, revenue confirmation, tracking number updating, etc.; 3. Assist customers with orders, returns complaints, and technical support.
Job requirements
1. fast learner, team player, sense of responsibility required; 2. Proficient in Portuguese, great understanding to local culture, being able to execute the listing content in a local mindset; 3. Previous E-commerce experience and marketing awareness, ability of execution is a plus; 4. Previous work or study experience in Latin America is a plus, Brazilian citizen prferred.
