Job responsibilities
Job Responsibilities Technical Support and Troubleshooting Provide technical support for Microsoft software (e.g., Windows operating system, Office Office software, etc.) to customers by phone, email or remote desktop, and quickly diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by customers. Analyze system logs, error reports and other information to locate the root cause of complex failures and develop appropriate solutions. Technical Consultation and Training Provide customers with consultation on the use of Microsoft products, answer customer questions, and provide best practice advice. Organize and conduct technical training courses according to customers' needs to enhance customers' ability and efficiency in using Microsoft products. Software Deployment and Configuration According to the customer's environment and needs, formulate the deployment plan of Microsoft software to ensure the smooth installation and normal operation of the software. Configure and maintain the security of customer systems to ensure data security and system stability. Knowledge Base Updating and Documentation Summarize and update typical cases and solutions in the technical support process in a timely manner to improve the company's technical support knowledge base. Write technical support documents, including operation guides, troubleshooting manuals, etc., to facilitate customer self-service problem solving. Teamwork and Communication Work closely with sales team, product managers and other related departments to promote customer problem solving and product optimization. Share experience and skills with other technical support engineers within the company to improve the overall technical level of the team.
Job requirements
Qualification 1. Computer science, electronic engineering or equivalent education. 2. Excellent communication, collaboration, and self motivation skills require a strong spirit of teamwork. 3. Must have strong oral and written English expression skills. 4. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. 5. Familiar with using Visual Studio and related tools Net application development, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
