Online Marketing Platform Development
Responsible for the design and development of online marketing platforms (e.g. website, mobile apps, social media, etc.) to ensure that the platforms are functional and user-friendly.
Optimize and iterate the platform functions according to market trends and user needs to improve user experience.
Collaborate with the design team to realize the visual design and interaction design of the marketing platform.
Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution
Participate in the development of online marketing strategies, planning and execution of various marketing activities (e.g., promotions, promotions, content marketing, etc.).
Utilize data analysis tools to monitor the effect of marketing activities, conduct data analysis and optimization.
Write marketing copy, develop marketing plans, and coordinate resources to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Technical problem solving and optimization
Quickly respond to and resolve technical issues that arise on the online marketing platform.
Continuously optimize the performance of the marketing platform to improve system stability and response speed.
Track and research emerging marketing technologies and introduce innovative solutions for the company.
Cross-departmental collaboration and communication
Work closely with marketing, product, operation and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of online marketing activities.
Provide timely feedback on marketing data and user feedback to relevant departments to support product optimization and decision making.
Participate in team meetings to share experience and knowledge and improve the overall capability of the team.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Utilize data analysis tools to evaluate and summarize the effect of marketing activities on a regular basis.
Write marketing reports to present marketing results to management and make suggestions for improvement.
Track industry trends and competitor dynamics to develop targeted marketing strategies for the company.
Job requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
- Creative, problem solver with technical expertise to organize and interpret complex data and present ideas;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency in web programming;
- Know how to use social media such as Weibo and WeChat.
