Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the overall planning and strategic formulation for TikTok in the U.S. 2. Develop and implement live streaming and short video business strategies for TikTok in the U.S., including advertising strategy to ensure return on investment. 3. Oversee the specific implementation and execution of TikTok business operations in the U.S. 4. Manage personnel training, recruitment, and management for U.S. operations. 5. Handle platform integration tasks. 6. Oversee localization and on-the-ground execution.
Job requirements
1. At least 2 years of experience in content e-commerce or 5 years of experience in shelf e-commerce. 2. At least 5 years of team management experience, with direct management of a team of more than 10 people. 3. Strong cross-department communication and coordination skills. 4. Ability to handle pressure and resolve problems as they arise. 5. Fluent in English, with English as the primary working language, able to communicate clearly in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
