1. Collaborate with sales during the pre-sales phase to complete the project SOW (Statement of Work), assess costs and plans, and assist in finalizing the contract. 2. During the delivery phase, organize resources and lead the project implementation team to complete project research, development, system launch, and acceptance. 3. Coordinate and mobilize various internal and external resources during project implementation, and guide the implementation and development consultants to complete their assigned tasks. 4. Manage on-site personnel during the project operation and handle project-related communications with senior client management. 5. The project manager is responsible for the project's gross profit and client satisfaction, focusing on managing project scope, schedule, quality, risk, cost, safety, and changes throughout the delivery process.

1. Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language; experience in overseas project management or requirement analysis is preferred. 2. Familiar with IoT technology, including data collection, cloud computing, and big data analysis. 3. Experience in implementing large IoT projects, connected vehicles, external equipment management, smart operations, and commercial vehicle aftermarket digitalization. Preference for candidates with onsite implementation and debugging experience. - Knowledge in full-channel marketing, brand marketing, and aftermarket services in the manufacturing industry. - Familiarity with enterprise IT planning methodologies and tools, with experience in designing business and data architectures for large enterprises. - Capability in designing data models, with a thorough understanding and rich experience in enterprise-level business mid-platform data modeling, data integration, data warehouse modeling, data governance, metrics management/BI, and big data platform management and operation. - Project experience in customer portals, business mid-platforms, data-driven marketing, personalized recommendations, and sales forecasting is preferred. 4. A degree in computer science, software, information management, IoT, connected vehicles, or related fields is preferred. Over 5 years of project management experience, with experience in requirement analysis or technical development preferred. 5. Familiarity with project management or possession of a PMP certification is preferred. Knowledge of the full project management process, with mastery of waterfall and agile methodologies, and understanding of key deliverables and contents at various project stages. Ability to independently develop project management plans. 6. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with the ability to mobilize cross-departmental resources to ensure unified efforts for delivery. 7. Strong stress resistance and execution ability, with a focus on team spirit and the ability to allocate team tasks reasonably. 8. Willingness to travel abroad for extended periods.
