Manage the Skintific brand’s live streaming operations, targeting GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume), analyzing live streaming data, and enhancing conversion rates and traffic in the live streaming room. 2. Optimize live streaming scripts, keep up with brand bestsellers, and drive the sales of popular products in the live streaming room. 3. Manage and motivate the local Indonesian team, build an excellent team of live streamers, and develop operational strategies and incentives for the streamers.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; proficiency in English or Indonesian as a working language; experience in the internet industry or live streaming operations is preferred. 2. Clear logical thinking, strong execution ability, goal-oriented, and effective at driving results. 3. Outgoing with strong communication and expression skills. 4. Willing to be stationed full-time and relocate overseas.
