Job responsibilities
1. Go overseas to fully cooperate and support sales activities, assist sales representatives to communicate with customers, explain the company's products and technical solutions to customers, analyze and understand customer needs, and formulate corresponding technical implementation plans according to customer needs, through professional technical consultation , to assist sales representatives to obtain customer recognition of the company's products; 2. Carry out technical tracking of new technologies, new products and new projects in the industry, and regularly summarize and analyze data for competitors' solutions and products, and conduct comparative analysis based on the company's products and technical advantages, and bring them to relevant departments for reference; 3. Conduct regular training for sales staff, introduce the status of competitors' products and the company's product advantages and solutions in a targeted manner, enhance the technical analysis potential of sales staff, and enhance the market development potential of sales staff as a whole; 4. Receive and assist in solving various on-site technical problems encountered by customers overseas, and timely and accurately feedback on-site information to the sales and R&D departments; 5. According to the company's development plan, organize large and small industry academic conferences, exhibitions, etc. overseas, host and train technical knowledge, and cooperate with sales to complete the company's marketing goals; 6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders. 1、到海外全面配合与支持销售活动,协助销售代表与客户交流,向客户讲解公司产品和技术方案,分析与理解客户需求,并根据客户需求制订相应的技术实现方案,透过专业的技术咨询,协助销售代表取得客户对公司产品的认可; 2、进行行业内新技术、新产品、新项目的技术跟踪,并针对竞争对手的解决方案及产品定期进行资料汇总与分析,结合公司产品、技术优势进行比较分析,带给给相关部门参考; 3、对销售人员进行定期培训,有针对性地介绍竞争对手产品的状况及公司产品优势和解决方案,增强销售人员的技术分析潜力,从整体上增强销售人员的市场拓展潜力; 4、在海外接收和协助解决客户遇到的各类现场技术问题,及时准确的把现场信息反馈给销售和研发部门; 5、根据公司发展计划,在海外组织开展大小行业学术会议、展会等,主持并培训技术知识,配合销售完成公司营销目标; 6、完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。
Job requirements
1. Master's degree, or bachelor's degree with more than 3-5 years of relevant work experience, majors in molecular biology, genetics, marine biology, food science, etc.; 2. Proficiency in PCR amplification, DNA/RNA extraction, plasmid extraction technology, and understanding of protein purification, sequencing, etc.; 3. Excellent communication skills and organizational coordination skills; 4. Quick thinking and strong sense of customer service; 5. It is required to be able to communicate fluently in English, and study abroad background is preferred. 1、硕士学历,或本科学历有相关工作经验3-5年以上,分子生物学、遗传学、海洋生物、食品科学等相关专业; 2、熟练掌握PCR扩增、DNA/RNA提取、质粒提取技术,了解蛋白纯化、测序等; 3、优秀的沟通表达能力与组织协调能力; 4、思维灵敏,客户服务意识强; 5、英语要求可以沟通流利,有留学背景优先。
