Responsibilities: 1. According to the company's product development strategy, formulate research and development plans for pet food, and conduct related technical research; 2. Familiar with the pet food safety law to ensure the safety, stability and reliability of the developed food; 3. Collect technical information at home and abroad, pay attention to product trends of pet food, and provide technical reference; 4. Responsible for the planning and implementation of new product research and development and old product upgrades: formula and process research and development, trial production, label review, trial production, product inspection, shelf life testing, cost improvement, etc.; 5. Do a good job in the communication and coordination with all parties in the process of promoting the R&D project to ensure the smooth progress of the project, and the process and quality indicators meet the requirements; 6. The management of the R&D team, personnel training and incentives, and the optimization and improvement of the R&D management system and system.

Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in food science and engineering or animal nutrition, etc., more than 8 years experience in food industry research and development; 2. Familiar with the overall process, process and control system of pet food research and development is preferred, and experience in pet food research and development and management is preferred; 3. Sensitive to the development trend of food and technological innovation, and able to develop new products with market competitiveness; 4. Have rich experience in R&D project management and team management, and those with pet food and OEM industry resources are preferred.
