Job responsibilities
1.Supply Market Analysis: Conduct regular supply market analysis on purchased materials, analyze supply and demand status, grasp market price trends, and prepare for procurement planning. Monthly price statistics, benchmarking against market price analysis, quarterly material cost analysis, and cost analysis of suppliers with more than 1 year of cooperation. 2.Supplier Development: Continuously reserve and develop new suppliers, review supplier qualifications, organize relevant departments to conduct on-site inspections of suppliers, and follow up on supplier sample certification. 3.Price Determination: Determine procurement prices through price comparison, negotiation, online bidding, or tendering, and confirm the reasonableness of prices. 4.Contract Signing and Execution: Drafting, negotiating, and signing contracts, as well as following up on contract execution after signing. 5.Procurement Execution: Follow up on procurement delivery, conduct inspections, handle warehouse entry procedures, reconcile accounts with suppliers regularly, and follow up on invoice reminders and payment procedures. 6.Supplier Management: Organize regular performance evaluations of suppliers, as well as annual on-site audits. Follow up on identified supplier problems, enforce deadlines for supplier rectification, and implement a system of rewarding successful improvements and eliminating ineffective suppliers
Job requirements
Education Background: Degree: Bachelor's degree or above Major: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields Requirement: Relevant industry experience preferred Experience/Skills: 1.Minimum of 3 years of work experience in procurement roles within enterprises or completion of professional training in procurement-related fields. 2.Proficiency in the entire process of procurement order execution. 3.Ability to negotiate procurement terms independently, organize procurement negotiations, tenders, and conduct procurement cost analysis. 4.Ability to independently draft contracts and possess strong negotiation skills. 5.Ability to source and develop procurement opportunities, familiarity with supplier site inspections and audits, and supplier management skills. 6.Ability to independently develop procurement plans and implement procurement according to the plan. Competencies: Ability to communicate and coordinate across departments, problem-solving skills, risk identification ability; passionate and responsible in work.
