Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the analysis and resolution of process quality exceptions, with strong communication skills. 2. Responsible for the investigation, analysis, processing, and verification of customer complaints, capable of independently handling customer complaints and replying with 8D reports. 3. Familiar with the seven QC tools, and knowledgeable in the ISO9001:2015/ISO14001:2015/OHSAS18001:2015 systems.
Job requirements
1. College degree or above, with training in quality management, product knowledge, or related fields. 2. Over 3 years of working experience as a QE engineer, with priority given to those with 2 years of experience in the optical communication industry. 3. Competency requirements: communication skills, execution ability, analytical ability, adaptability, summarization ability, problem identification and resolution skills, and supervisory abilities.
