Main Responsibilities R&D strategy formulation and execution Formulate R&D strategy and planning for meat products based on market trends, consumer demand and competitive product analysis. Supervise the implementation of R&D projects to ensure that the projects are carried out smoothly according to the plan and reach the set targets. Product development and innovation Responsible for the R&D and innovation of meat products with new flavors, processes and materials. Work closely with marketing team to adjust product formula and process according to market feedback to improve product quality. Technology Management and Optimization Tracking the technical dynamics of the meat products industry, introducing and applying new technologies and processes to improve the company's technical level. Carry out technical optimization of existing products to reduce cost and improve production efficiency. Team Building and Training Responsible for the formation, training and management of the meat products R&D team to improve the overall technical level of the team. Create a positive team atmosphere to stimulate team members' innovation ability and work enthusiasm. External cooperation and resource integration Establish cooperative relationship with suppliers and scientific research institutions to jointly carry out R&D projects on meat products. Integrate industry resources to provide strong support for the company's meat products research and development. Quality Standards and Regulatory Compliance Ensure that the R&D and production of meat products comply with relevant quality standards and laws and regulations. Keep abreast of changes in national and local policies and regulations for the meat products industry, and provide compliance advice to the company.

Qualification 1. Over 30 years old, foreign chef, German and Italian nationality is preferred; 2. Have experience in research and development in European meat processing enterprises; 3. Familiar with relevant knowledge in the field of meat product processing; 4. Strong sense of responsibility, courageous in innovation, with good learning spirit and communication and coordination skills; 5. Require oral English communication skills.
