- Responsible for Retail channels including Target/Walmart/BestBuy/Frys/Staples/B&N/ office Depot. and so on, business development and management in the USA; - Achieve annual sales target by coordinating with HQ supporting team; - Working closely with retail channel buyer/distributor for marketing strategy &promotion plans development; - Control and manage price system and ensure MAP can be followed without affecting different channels; PSI supervision and management; products plan and life-cycle management for retail channel; retail policy implementation and improvement; - Retail channel sell-out monitory and improvement solution;

- 5 Years working experiences in Tec Toy/CE retail or distribution in USA, STEAM Education industry is preferred; In-depth understanding of major retail channel sell-in policy and requirement is asked; - Strong capability of channel development and maintenance, skillful business negotiation tactics; - Responsible, enthusiasm, can be working at home with business travels;
