About the jobOur client is a privately owned European SaaS MNC with 1500 staff globally, are looking for a Shanghai based Solution Consultant - Payment Solution, responsible for understanding customers' strategic business need and optimizing the customered solutions to drive the growth of annual revenue within high-level B2B customer base. Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.Manage project implementation and day-to-day operations for all accounts.Lead negotiations with local accounts to enhance customer travel processes and increase wallet share.Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Track key account metrics, analyze product usage, and identify growth opportunities.Take ownership of unique requests to add value to the organization.Provide exceptional client service and maintain high client satisfaction levels.Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, fostering collaboration.Collaborate with international colleagues for successful international rollouts.Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, competitors, and pricing. Job requirements
Requirements:Over 5 years of experience in technology/digital transformation consulting.Proven sales track record, establishing networks and technical knowledge in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in large enterprises.Ability to understand prospects' strategic goals and identify metrics, decision criteria, pain points, and competition.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.Proficiency in analyzing complex customer data and utilizing CRM systems.Strong time and project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset.Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
