Job responsibilities
1. Work closely with product and art teams, leading existing technical art teams to analyze, explore, and solve problems. 2. Based on the current situation and project situation of technical art work, carry out medium - and long-term work improvement planning, continuously optimize work efficiency and team capacity building. 3. Conduct team planning and training, continuously improve team performance, establish departmental technical goals, provide cutting-edge technology directions, team planning, industry information, etc. to enhance team efficiency.
Job requirements
Job requirements: 1. 10 years or more of 3A game development experience, including 5 years of technical and art related experience. Priority will be given to those with experience in large-scale overseas well-known IP projects; 2. Priority will be given to those with overseas work and management experience in European and American game development companies, who can use English or Chinese as the working language; 3. Have good professional skills in art, high aesthetic ability, proficient in the process and tools of developing various resources in game art; 4. Familiar with the working methods of planning and programming, able to collaborate well with planning and programming in development, and assist in solving technical problems between art and programming; 5. Seeking knowledge, strong learning ability, high sensitivity to cutting-edge technologies in the industry, good logical thinking and communication skills; 6. Proficient in at least one mainstream game development engine, such as UnrealEngine, CryEngine, Unity3D, etc; 7. Familiar with at least one scripting language, such as MaxScript, UnrealScript, Mel, etc; Family with at least one scripting language, e.g. MaxScript, UnrealScript, Mel, etc 8. Master a programming language, such as C++, C #, etc;
