1. Plan and teach lessons in accordance with the IB curriculum to meet the needs of individual students 2. Develop assessment tasks based on IB guidelines and use a wide range of formative assessment tools. 3. Monitor the IBDP Extended Essay. 4. Attends regular lesson planning and student progress meetings. 5. Work closely with the IBDP Coordinator to develop parallel learning throughout the high school. 6. Prepare student reports and references, and other reports as needed. 7. Keep parents informed of student progress and attend parent-teacher conferences as necessary. 8. Actively participate in providing extracurricular activities. 9. Collaborate professionally with colleagues in the development and growth of academic and social programs. 10. Participate in the preparation of inspections, authorizations, and accreditations as required. 11. Other duties as assigned.

1. A bachelor's degree in philosophy, sociology, education, or other related fields. 2. At least 2 years of IBDP teaching experience in relevant disciplines. 3. Passionate about TOK and hope to share it with students, teachers, and parents. 4. Require fluency in English. 5. Good interpersonal skills and personality 6.
