Responsibilities 1- Conducting IMC projects in different departments to achieve lean enterprise (an enterprise goal oriented andfree of waste) a. Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply chain departments b. Determine each department KPIs based on the company strategy 2- Implementing 5S methodology in the facility a. Create found of 5S b. Give 5S training c. Audit 5S goals adherence 3- Workover Strategy plan of the facility by conducting Hoshin Kanri tool 4- Implement suitable lean tool

In this company , I worked over enhancement of planning department capabilities by execution of planning tools for work order and forecasting of the demand using python and classification for the inventory based on the well known and most suitable classification like pareto chart Objective 1- Creating MRP system module to do the following tasks( Forecasting demand, Classifying Material, Determiningmaterial order size)

I got well educated in different sector of operation management and gained the ability of well plan for the production processes and the services operation both of the two category were studied in my major to enhance the efficiency of their work and achieve the required effectiveness with minimum wastes whether time, money ,or effort.
